Refund policy

We want you to be happy with HostZebo. If you are not, here is how refunds work.

Money-back guarantee

• New hosting plans can be cancelled within 7 days of the first payment for a full refund of the hosting price.
• The guarantee is for your first order only, not for renewals.

Not refundable

• Domain names (registration, renewal and transfer), because they are paid to the registrar
• Setup fees, migrations already done and other one-time services
• Renewals after the renewal date
• Accounts closed for breaking our acceptable use policy

How to ask

Open a ticket in your zPanel or write to support@hostzebo.com with your invoice number. We answer within 2 working days and send the refund to the way you paid within 7–14 working days.

Cancelling later

After the money-back period you can still cancel at any time. The service stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed.
