Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and ZR Tech Solution, which runs HostZebo (hostzebo.com). By creating an account or ordering a service you accept them.

1. Your account

• You must give true details (name, email, phone) and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account. Keep your password safe and switch on two-step sign-in.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Services and plans

• Each plan has the limits shown on our website and in your zPanel (websites, storage, email accounts and others).
• We may improve or change our plans. If a change reduces what you pay for, we tell you first, and the change applies from your next renewal.
• Domain names are registered with outside registrars. Their rules also apply to your domain.

3. Payment and renewal

• Prices are shown in your currency. Tax is added where the law requires it.
• Services renew automatically for the same period. We send an invoice before the renewal date and reminders after it.
• If an invoice stays unpaid, your websites can be paused after the grace period of your plan. Your files stay safe and everything is switched back on after payment.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

4. Fair and lawful use

You must follow our acceptable use policy. We may pause a service that breaks it, harms other customers or puts our servers at risk.

5. Backups

We make regular backups, but we cannot promise that every file can always be restored. Keep your own copy of important data.

6. Uptime and liability

We work hard to keep every website online, but we cannot promise zero downtime. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the last three months, and we are not liable for lost profits or data.

7. Ending the service

• You can cancel at any time from your zPanel or by opening a ticket.
• We may end a service for serious or repeated breaks of these terms, with notice when possible.
• After a service ends we keep your data for up to 14 days, then delete it.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
